2014’s Top 10 Shared Conversion Stories from CT.com

I have attached a great article that I would like to pass on from ChristianityToday.com that my father in-law recently sent to me. It  highlights the top 10 most shared Conversion Testimonies of 2014. I highly recommend taking the time to go through them all. They range from an Armed Robber to Athiests to Buddhists to Muslims to Mormons to Universalist Lesbians to a football players and more. God loves us all and is drawing His kids to Him (John 6:44, 65) in different ways through different people, it’s so cool.

2 Peter 3:9
The Lord is not slack concerning His promise, as some count slackness, but is longsuffering toward usnot willing that any should perish but that all should come to repentance.

A quote from: “My Train Wreck Conversion” story.
“I was a broken mess. I did not want to lose everything that I loved. But the voice of God sang a sanguine love song in the rubble of my world.”

A quote from: ” Christ Called Me Off the Minaret ” story.
“By the end of my first year in medical school, God had given me a vision and three dreams, the second of which was the most powerful. In it I was standing at the threshold of a strikingly narrow door, watching people take their seats at a wedding feast. I desperately wanted to get in, but I was not able to enter, because I had yet to accept my friend David’s invitation to the wedding. When I awoke, I knew what God was telling me, but I sought further verification. It was then that I found the parable of the narrow door, in Luke 13:22–30. God was showing me where I stood”

A quote from: “Fox News Highly Reluctant Jesus Follower” story.
“Then one night in 2006, on a trip to Taiwan, I woke up in what felt like a strange cross between a dream and reality. Jesus came to me and said, “Here I am.” It felt so real.”
