Knee / Shoulder

The nature of God is amazing. He continues to teach, move and love.

Now unto the King eternal, immortal, invisible, the only wise God, be honour and glory for ever and ever. Amen. 1 Timothy 1:17

One Sunday at church there was a mother, father and son that sat down near Melani and I. The son (J) is a senior at a local high school and was wearing a knee brace. Melani leaned over to me and said “Hey, he’s got a brace on”. I love my wife; she loves Jesus and knows what He does. After service I introduced myself to the father and asked what happened to his sons knee. It was a frustrating situation which I could relate to. He was just starting basketball season and he sprained his knee the previous week; senior year season is usually a big deal. They were open to letting me pray for his knee and Jesus brought 80% healing through the process. The family was blown away and super encouraged. I spoke with him about a month later and he told me that his knee continually got better after that point and was cleared to play only one week later.

One of the guys in our Men’s Bible Study came in with a seriously injured shoulder. He could only raise it at approximately a 30 degree angle before hitting the pain point, I was able to see it on his face (If you’ve ever seen anyone with an injury you know what I’m talking about). After the 1st prayer the ROM improved by 50%. Two other guys (Tony & Isaiah) prayed for him after me and the pain and ROM levels improved to about 80%, he was lifting and rotating his shoulder all over.

Jesus is worthy to be praised. ☝

Trust in the Lord with all your heart, And lean not on your own understanding; In all your ways acknowledge Him, And He shall direct your paths. Proverbs 3:5, 6

For He Himself has said, “I will never leave you nor forsake you.” So we may boldly say: “The Lord is my helper; I will not fear. What can man do to me?” Hebrews 13:5-6
